Our ServicesPrior to arriving on the British IslesWe will always try to get back to you within 48 hours of you first contacting us. Once we have agreed in principal a schedule we will forward you a quotation for your tour including a total cost. Once we have both agreed on the schedule for your tour, we will book all the tee times, hotels and any other service prior to issuing you with an invoice. All your tee times, accommodation and other arrangements will be detailed on your invoice. Upon receipt of your deposit we will re-confirm. Once the final payment has been received, we will forward via e-mail your complete itinerary together with any vouchers and tickets you may require for the duration of your stay. We will also contact you again a few weeks before you arrive in case you have any questions about your tour. Once you arrive If you have arranged for your group to be transported by our chauffeur service, one of our drivers will meet up with you at the Airport. If he is staying with you for the duration of your trip, He will also act as your tour guide during your stay and will make sure everything runs smoothly during your stay. In the unlikely event that you will need to contact us, our office is open during normal working hours. You will also be given an out of office 24 hours emergency number. We will always answer your call, 7 days a week, 24 hours each day. If you have chosen to travel by self-drive, you will already have received your vouchers for your car hire. We only work with hire Car Company’s based at the major airport so there is normally no need to leave the airport before collecting your vehicle. As mentioned above, we are always available via phone and you will always get an answer. Depending on the size of the group, we may have a representative based in our around the area you are visiting and he or she would normally try catch up with you at your hotel or at one of the golf courses you are playing. We will always try to contact you via phone during your stay to make sure you are happy with our arrangements. Back home Once you have arrived back home again, we will contact you with several questions about your tour.
