Conditions & General Information:
The conditions below form the basis of any contract between you and Gailes Travel Limted (the Company). When you contact the company to book your tour, you appoint them to act as your agent to obtain the requested services for you. When they have done so, and you have confirmed the booking and paid the deposit, they will accept responsibility for providing your vacation from that point onwards. No employee or representative of the Company has the authority to change these conditions or information.

Deposit & Final Payment:
In order to confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of Ł 150.00 per person as minimum is required. The amount due for the deposits can vary depending on your chosen tour and details will be given on your quotation. It may be paid by international bank transfer to the bank account details provided at the bottom of the invoice. Bookings are only accepted subject to the availability of required services such as accommodations and golf starting times. Payment of balances and cancellation penalty schedules for Customized Programs is as outlined below.

Changes:
An administrative fee of Ł 30.00 per change per person will be charged for changes requested by client or travel agent after deposit has been received and confirmation issued. In most cases, changes cannot be made less than 60 days before travel

Travel Protection Plan:
We recommend that you have luggage, accident and trip cancellation insurance. Gailes Travel Limited is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident or illness. It is important for your own self-interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate coverage. Check with your insurance company or travel agent..

Cancellations:
Notification of cancellation by a client must be forwarded in writing to Gailes Travel Limited. Cancellation charges vary dependent on the travel package purchased. The schedule of cancellation charges for various packages as detailed on the original quotation. Deposits will not be refunded. No refund will be made for unused portions of a travel package.

Golf Handicaps:
A number of golf clubs require visitors to show handicap cards. While this is not particularly common we strongly recommend you travel with a handicap card, and accept no responsibility if you do not and are subsequently denied golf. Certain clubs also place maximum handicap restrictions on visitors. If your handicap is greater than 24 (men) or 36 (ladies) please notify us in order we can discuss which clubs may have relevant restrictions. Also, please note that Gailes Travel Limited can accept no responsibility for the playing conditions of any golf courses, including changes caused by course maintenance or weather conditions.

Responsibility:
Gailes Travel Limited , as the tour operator, and its selling agents act only as agents in securing and booking the hotel accommodations and other land tour services provided as others as independent contractors. Gailes Travel Limited, its selling agents or the specified air carriers assume and accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident. delay, changes or inconvenience caused by: any force majeure - health risks - reason of war or threat of war – riots - civil strife - terrorist activity - industrial disputes – acts, omission, neglect, delay or default of any person engaged in providing any tour services including transportation and accommodation - technical problems to transport - closure or congestion of airports or ports - building work - extended hotel closure - cancellations or changes of schedules by airlines - interruption or failure of public utilities outside the control of the hotel and similar events beyond our control, including storms, tempests and hurricanes.

Gailes Travel Limited reserves the right to cancel a tour if circumstances so require. In the event of such, Gailes Travel Limited will make a full refund to travellers of all payments received in respect of the tour. Such a refund of payments will be the full extent of Gailes Travel Limited obligation and liability to travellers..

Car Rental:
On independent tours with a rental car, all drivers must be over 25 years of age, and under 65.

Air Travel:
Airline tickets for travel on scheduled airlines, if they should be issued for you by Gailes Travel Limited, are a separate item out with the travel package, and may carry change and cancellation penalties as specified by the carrier. Documentation: For US citizens, a current passport is required for travel to European destinations. Citizens of other countries should check with the appropriate Embassy.
